This paper studies the synthetical method of the information of engines lubricating oil. Author firstly presents the method of mission-oriented maintenance,meanwhile brings forward the condition-based maintenance method based on the model of proportional hazard with less information,and then introduces the whole design idea of the maintenance decision-making software in detail.At present,the method to process information of lubricating oil in our country is based on the ratio of wear and tear. This method is simple and impersonal,but its function of quantitative analysis is not satisfying. Now,the latest method to deal with the lubricating oil is to apply the proportional hazard model to precision quantitative analysis,but its process can not be obtained. This paper studies the regress process of model based on some ideals from the view of engineering,furthermore,discusses the test method of the model parameters and the method to obtain the Markov Transfer Matrix. Accordingly,the quantitative relative between hazard function and the particles category and density of engine lubricating oil on engine can be obtained,which supplies a basis to master the occurring,developing and changing law on the one hand,and on the other to find out the effective approach of discovering,preventing and eliminating failures.All the current maintenance methods ensure the inherent availability of the devices with minimum maintenance cost if possible,which reduce the number of failures through arranging proper and effective maintenance activities. But these methods pay less attention to the mission and its requirements,sometimes there is no failure in device,however it may not accomplish the mission. Therefore,based on the reliability and validity of the device and requirements of mission,author presents the notion of the mission-oriented maintenance method,and studies how to carry through the mission-oriented maintenance activities in several typical missions.During the use of device,sometimes monitoring the state of device is impossible,so the decision based on the condition is difficult. This paper discusses the maintenancedecision method combining with the characteristic of the proportional hazard model in the case of less monitoring information,and provides a convenient method,which can not only make maintenance decision based on condition with less monitoring information but also decrease monitoring times and cost.Because of the complexity of the decision process,author compiles the software to make the maintenance decision more conveniently and rapidly.
