The traditional media such as periodical publications, broadcasts, televisions, etc all attach great importance to the research into the receivers' psychonology in the course of their development. So does network medium. Modern high technologies provide the development of network medium with good developmental opportunities and tremendous challenge. As Chinese network medium and educatoinal undertakings develop, the average received educational level of the people has generally been improved. People need information more and more strongly. The receivers of network medium-the number of network users is unceasingly rising. So it seems more and more necessary to strengthen the research into the psychonology of network users. All walks of life give great effort in order to explore the developmental direction of network medium in present Chinese situation. The paper explores the psychonology of network users and the development of network medium from the angle of social psychology and individual psychology.First, the paper makes a deep analysis of the psychological phenomena such as the motive, sense, etc of which network users use internet. The author believes that the need of network users is the starting point of the spreaded contents on network medium. If we choose the spreaded contents without considering the specific need, the attention of network users must be diverted and their interest must go down. The sense psychological character of network users is an important reference index of the spreading form of network medium. If we choose the spreading form without considering the sense psychological character, the spreading effect will be much discounted even if contents can meet the need of network users.Then, the paper studies two special psychological phenomena in the spread of present network medium. They are the receivable psychology of network advertisements and the behavioral psychology of hackers. It analyzes the existing problems of network advertisement market and the relevant psychological causes. The author thinks that now the antagonistic psychonology of network users to the advertisement is an important cause that affects the development of network advertisement. The paper does the preliminary exploration of hackers' behaviours and psychology. The author thinks that the essential causes of hackers' behaviours are the pursuit of material benefit and the abnormal thirst for self-reality.
