The public can through the network of sharing property, make full use of the network information resources, through the network realizing self-rescue and mutual aid. maintain social stability, encourage people to build life confidence.This paper first discusses the theory basis of psychological relief after a disaster. The disaster relief in psychological theory is based on the corresponding relief method of the rescue. These theories include catharsis theory, immersed theory, the visual psychology and Aristotle’s view on tragedy, etc. On the basis of the analysis of theory, summarizes the method to psychological aid, combining related computer technology and knowledge, this article discusses how to realize the rescue by computer technology to let the psychological relief in network come true. The system mainly uses the net technology, B/S structure, combining multi-layer structure design, using MVC common layer structure model design to complete the logic business of the system implementation, data persistence layer and said layer of the work. With Ajax and Javascript technology to realize the rescue functions of the system, so that the system can have better maintainability and integrity.
