With television developing for more than 40 years, it has obtained the glorious achievement, both for Radio and TV University providing the long-distance education's rich resources, and for the public's science and culture knowledge's gaining ground, their thoughtful and moral accomplishment's increasing, their science idea, concept of value, legal system idea, democracy idea that modern ear requested has had tremendous influence; also has made people's scientific literacy level immensely leap.The thesis's heading part primarily analyzes long-distance education's two kinds of audio-visual software for different service objects - television teaching program and sociality education program 's developing features.Practice and theories of television teaching program's development already has been gradually mature in many years, but it has one-way broadcasting of shortcoming.
