Use of Laser Measurement System real-time monitor and control the salvage ship andwrecked ships to maintain the safety of relative distance, is the important guarantee toimplement rescue at sea. In order to ensure the harsh environmental conditions to implementeffective range monitoring and avoid losing the target at the case of salvage ship is slantextremely this paper carried out a Laser Measurement System with single degree of freedomplatform design and servo control system and it’s has the important theoretical value andpractical significance.This paper researched on the following aspects:This paper on the basis of Laser Measurement System of the shape structure andinstallation method, used in the outer frame structure, and the shaft connecting mode, thedesign of the single degree of freedom Laser Measurement System stabilized platform, thelaser rangefinder mounted on the frame, outer bracket fixed to the rescue ship, design theconnection shaft mechanical structure to realize the inner, outer frame shaft connection, via aconnecting shaft coaxial rotation offset the interference of salvage ship pitching motion onLaser Measurement System for measuring.Secondly, according to the principle and structure of servo control system, it use MTIattitude instrument as the measuring element for real-time measurement motion posture of therescue ship. With DC torque motor as the actuator, photoelectric coder as the feedbackelement, servo control actuator as the controller, the real-time stable platform servo control isrealized based on the PID control principle.Finally, through the simulation for the marine sports of rescue ship using the platformwith four degrees of freedom, Laser Measurement System test is completed. The test resultsshow that, the design of stable platform can effectively compensate the effect of LaserMeasurement System from the pitching motion of rescue ship. Effective and stable real-timemeasurement of crash target is realized.Using navigation attitude instrument as the measuring element, the subject realizedreal-time measurement for the motion attitude of rescue ship. It compensates the pitchingmotion of salvage ship through the servo control system. Therefore the Laser MeasurementSystem can maintain at the level of the stable state. It has important application prospect forsea measurement and target monitoring in the future.
