Laser compositive optical electric experiment system and several key techniques were studied in detail.This multi-purpose optical metering system had adopted the Twyman-green interferometrics system as its center, containing an advanced digital wave surface and a kind of homodyne interferometer displacement testing method with nanometer-sized capacity. At the same time, many wide-applied metering technology, for example, the diffracted field(fringe) measurement, co-focal lens system, optical fiber sensors and 4f (focal distance)space filter system which can embody the chief principle of Fourier optical well, were combined into it successfully.Additionally, we will introduce several modern optics question techniques which are applied in this system. All-field laser diffraction: a will wide-use techniques, and it overcomes some disadvantage which is belong to other techniques in this area.. Laser speckle techniques: we use speckle's unique character to measure speed, displacement within one face and encrypt text.Two techniques' study harvest was very few yet. Before people can apply them in real-life, there are many problems which need be overcome and accomplish.This system can offer plentiful modern optical test experiment and improve students' study interesting, especially in info technique, instrument science, measurement and automatic techniques major.At the last section of thesis, we summarize disadvantage and analyze some techniques having study value in this system.
