This article purport is aimed at concretion, the author drawed a concrete object ystem in the working practice, combin the system with the technical methods with are coniiionly used, practical, relativelyripe, togettheconcrete realizationof the system. The main content of this article expound: the library in university and college may transmit the Information to internet by building itself Web Server, as well as, the library will accomplish its information server by the user on internet visiting the Web Server. lnthepast, theWeb itesbuildedbythe library inchinaare mostaly static, it lack inquiring about and inter isiting function to Web database. With the increase of the self ui lded database and increase of the need from the user on internet inter isiting, making designs for a developing, especially inquiring about and inter isiting functions to Web database, Web page are needed by the library, This article discusses how the author applied ASP technology to developing the index ystem of the bibliographic database based on Web. It has a certain and practical significance to solve the user on internet to achieve inter isiting the information or the characteristic database of the library.
