| In this thesis, a spring in the process of drawing the aerials panel is analyzed, and create a Computer Aided Optimized Design Drawing Mold System based on Pro/ENGINEER. This system includes the molding profile optimized design module and the mold structure design module. In the molding profile optimized design module, the process of drawing the aerials panel is simulated by the metal forming CAE software Dynaform, all these works is based on experiment. This module can modify the molding profile in order to improve the quality of aerials panel in the producing. In the programming of the mold design structure, analyse the mold structure. create the assemble relation model of the typical mold structure. The mold structure design module is created by the application programming interface(API) of ProIEIGINEER -Pro/toolkit. The design parameter can drive the mold structure in order to complete the mold structure concept design. This system also uses the part database and the Pro/ENGINEER modeling tool completing the mold structure particular design. This system realizes the top down design at a certain extent. |
