Research On The Automobile Panel Mold Quotation System

With the modern high-speed development of industrial technology, the demands of molds are increasing, at the same time, more and more market opportunities and challenges appear to mold enterprises. It is a hot spot to use an information-based method to resolve the issues of mold enterprises. Single, low-volume and multi-species production are the main characteristics of mold enterprises. But mold quotation is a typical issue which has been plagued mold for a long time. Therefore, the development of a suitable information-based quotation system is necessary.Based on the analysis of molds'quotation at home and abroad, combined with the characteristics of the die manufacturing Co., Ltd. of FAW, we studied the quotation constitution of auto body metal sheet part as well as its theories and methods. After analysis of the quotation process of FAW automobile panel, we used Unified Modeling Language UML to check system needs analysis and established the needs model of automobile panel quotation system. Through the comprehension of weight method, time method and one by one calculation method, we find an effective way to solve the shortages of using a single traditional quotation, and we make use of fuzzy matching part code, so that the composition of the historical data can be put in a very important position as well as the accuracy of quotation can be improved. The system uses the page in time response technology to enhance the speed of quotation and the information in time response technology to enable the transmission of information to be more quickly. Finally, the study used SSH technology to make a quotation system and EMan system integration.We used JEE as a development platform, adopted a three-tie frame structure based on B/S, used SQL Server 2000 as a database . We also made use of open source components of quartz to schedule task. Thereby, we made the realization of the automobile panel Mold Quotation System. The system offered solutions to the problems of quotation about the die manufacturing Co., Ltd. of FAW, such as its quotation speed was slow, the accuracy was not high, to query historical data was not easy. Besides, quotation data could be shared with internal information systems of the die manufacturing Co., Ltd. of FAW. Finally, we have realized the intelligent, network-based quotation, enhanced market competitiveness of the die manufacturing Co., Ltd. of FAW, met the needs of customers and achieved satisfactory results.
