| This papers give a totally introduce to non--linear editing system, audioworkstation, the playing and processing of audio files in computer, specifyho, to mixing audio WAVE files by using Direct Sound, by using the DSP(Digital Signal Processing) algorithms how to process the WAVE file to getthe special audio effects, such as: echo, reverb, equalize, scale etc.It also introduces the meaing and effects of this project.
