Analysis System, Based On The Web Site Record

The design idea and implementation of Web-based Log Analysis System using ASP is produced in this paper. The system is based on B/S/D(Brouser/Server/Database) architecture and accesses database via ADO. uS 4.0 is used to be the Web Server software environment and VB Script is used to program ASP. Analyzing the log file, the system can tell you which page is welcomed mostly, where the visitors come from and how the flow distributes during different period of time. The HTML result can be read on the browser. Then the network provider can monitor the User Action according to the result and serve better as well. The system is now running on the Campus Network of Gansu University of Technology.
