Based on MicroElectronic, Digital Signal Processing and Computing Technology, Digital Signal Processor (DSP) grows up and embodies the compositive scientific research fruit of them. Due to its special architecture, It can accomplish some theory and algorithms Real-timely in Digital Signal Processing and it is widely used in computer application field now. The thesis mainly discusses how to realize binary image digital processing Real-timely and rapidly with the floating chip ? ADSP-2 1062 of Analog Device Incorporation (ADD in 240Hz High Speed Image Processing System. The process includes algorithm design of extracting MAKER (foreground pixels set meet to 8-connected relationship) and computing MARKER centroid coordinate, and also includes the design and implementation of Print Circuit Board (PCB).
