The integration of CADICAPPICA.M is the key of dIMS. How to integrate CAD and CAPP under the manufacturing environment is researched in this paper. Based on the research status of the integration of CAD and CAPP, a general model of CADP~R (CAD/CAPP System Based On Feature and Equipment Resource Restriction) has been proposed, and a manufacturing and evaluation model has been discussed as well. This paper put the stress of study as follow: 1) The model of part information is presented and the expression of process knowledge is analyzed. II) Resource template is provided for user, so user can develop his own equipment resource and input their resource parameter. III) Operation and step sorting is separated from selection of machining parameter(inachine, tool, fixture etc) . As a result ,the parameter selection of machining sequence can been changed along with change of user equipment resource without altering the knowledge collection. IV) Model of design and manufactoiying rationality evaluation is built on the base of restriction of user equipment resource. V) For the production shop with a great variety of small-lot manufacture, a fuzzy process evaluation model is built and optimized process is output. |
