Considering the marine climate has several obvious characteristics of high temperature,high humidity and high salt fog,the radar antenna during the service life of storage,transportation and use can be affected by the combined effects of these climate environment,leading to serious corrosion damage of the surface of radar antenna,thus affecting its usability.In order to evaluate the environment adaptability of radar antenna,it is necessary to do environmental test during the different periods of its lifecycle.However,the traditional laboratory environmental test cannot fully reflect the real effect of the integrated environment.So,this paper takes the virtual test approach.Through the digital simulation platform,which gathered the function of radar modeling,environmental coupling and interactive visualization,it can exert virtual test advantages of good interoperability,high availability and strong expansibility,thus raising test efficiency greatly.This paper starts with the actual application of radar antenna,analyzes the requirement of randar virtual test system for high temperature,high humidty and high salt fog,and completes the overall structure design,function module design and database design of the system.Secondly,it introdeces the basic theory of computational fluid dynamics,establishes the numerical model of temperature field,humidity field,salt fog concentration distribution and integrated environment coupling.Through the salt spary test on typical component of radar antenna,it verifies the correctness of the numerical calculation model of radar antenna.At the same time,it puts forward BP neural network optimized by genetic algorithm to establish the corrosion prediction model,introduces the basic principle and realization process of the standard BP neural network,genetic algorithm and BP neural network optimized by genetic algorithm,completes the design of corrosion prediction model based on GA-BP neural network,and verifies its model on the radar corrosion prediction.Then,it introduces the development tools and key technologies of virtual test system,completes the development of each functional module according to the overall design and technical route of the system,and introduces the main function interfaces of the system.Finally,it summarizes the main contents of this paper,and prospects the future research direction according to the shortcomings of this research.
