With the progress of modern sensor technology, computer technology and wireless communication technology, wireless sensor network has been rapid development,gradually into people’s daily life, has been widely used. A typical wireless sensor network includes sensor nodes, sink nodes, and management nodes from the hardware.. Where the sink node is used to collect and fuse the data from the sensor nodes and communicate with the external network. With the increase of the information of the nodes, the information processing capability of the sink node in WSN is higher.. Therefore, the design of a powerful, low cost, two time good common sink node, will be conducive to the promotion and application of wireless sensor networks.Based on in Guizhou Province industrial research projects "blueberry products tracking traceability key technology research and application", aims to design a powerful,powerful information processing capability, low power consumption of wireless sensor network sink node, for blueberry growth environmental monitoring information collection and aggregation. At the beginning of the design by a large number of literature reading,deeply studied the principle and structure of the wireless sensor network, formulate the overall design scheme of the system, completed the design of device selection. Following completion of the system hardware circuit principle diagram and produced PCB,implements a sink node hardware platform is built, at the same time of the sink node software were developed, including data communication part, part of the man-machine interface and data fusion algorithm to achieve. Finally, with the aid of the teaching and research section, the wireless sensor network is built, and the performance testing and power consumption of the sink node are finished.In this paper, we highlight the strong data processing and data management capabilities of the nodes and the characteristics of low power consumption.. The use of ARM9 as the microprocessor of the sink node, and the CE Windows operating system has greatly improved the data processing and data management capabilities of the sink node.And increase the function of the sink node, so that it can be used as a management node,the realization of human-computer interaction in the sink node for data display and management and configuration of the wireless sensor network. In addition, the purpose of reducing the power consumption of the sink node is achieved by choosing the low power consumption device and applying the data fusion algorithm.
