The sound on the TV picture one, easy to understand, viewing is convenient and easy to operate, and other advantages, has become the main source of farmers access to outside information. TV enrich the daily life of farmers, changed their way of entertainment and the traditional life, TV brings the outside world of information at the same time also brings modern way of life and values, exert a subtle influence on changing the structure of rural life, promoting the development of rural society.TV on the one hand, has brought the Dai national minority villages of the outside world of information and culture, change the traditional way of information transmission, also brought modern life style and concept, promote village modernization; Television, on the other hand, the information impact the Dai national minority traditional culture, village of teenagers for city life is yearning and disregard for the national culture, make the inheritance of the traditional culture of the Dai nationality has met a big crisis.Television and ethnic minority villages in the use of ethnographical methods in the study, for China’s communication research, is not only a method of data collection, is also a kind of observation and understanding of the research object of vision, but also a theory. This paper mainly on the theory of anthropology, communications and radio and television, adopt the method of literature research and ethnography of the use of the Dai national minority villages TV condition and impact survey, tries to analyze the survey results, finding a better able to deal with ethnic minority villages in the process of urbanization is still way to retain the essence of traditional culture.
