For the financial industry, customer relationship is undoubtedly a very important part. Even can be said that a good interaction between the custom er and the company’s success is a key factor, so the financial industry must attract enough attention to this will enhance the client’ s management to a strate gic height to look at. In order to help financial firms improve relations with cus tomers, a m ore favorable interaction with customers, the custom er frank, establish mutual trust and cooperative relations, we design and implement a set of customer relationship management systems.This thesis develops a system based on three-tier architecture. Databases choice is SQLserver2008, the system language is C #, th e system platform is.NET. Firstly, the system design background for a detailed de scription, followed by the developm ent of customer relationship m anagement systems related key technologies are described, re-use UML modeling tool for the unified sy stem requirements analysis and design, the thesis mainly designed system four functional modules: system management module, customer resource m anagement module, service management module and decision analysis module. The main functional modules of the system to achieve the flowchart, interface and code to implement a detailed exposition.In this thesis, the final function and the system can test row, tested herein customer relationship management system designed to meet the requirements of the demand stage. System allows the company to better gras p the relationship between the custom er and provide useful help for leadership decision-making.
