This paper mainly studies the rise, features and the developing trend of the network talk show in the era of "we-media" in China through analyzing a famous talk show-Logic thinking. Through summarizing the evolution processes of the network talk show, the paper finds that the rise of the network talk show is closely connected with the factors such as the development of the Internet technology, the popularity of "UGC ", the changes of audience accept custom as well as the support of video web sites.From its content, we could find that the program positioning, hosting style as well as the subject plan of Logic thinking are unique and have its own features. From the angle of communication, the show has accomplished integrated marketing communication which is specifically showed in its precise audience positioning, multi-platform integrated communication mode and the combination of its-- brand communication and economic benefits. However, represented by Logic thinking, network talk shows are still faced with developing risks under the current media, such as contradiction between personal brand with program brand, which will influence its overall development, obvious homogeneous development tendency, as well as excessive marketing which will damage its credibility.As a result, in the future development, the network talk show should develop its overall quality of content and strengthen the core competitiveness. What’s more, the network talk show should achieve customized communication and have precise positioning. Last but not least, it should also transform into miniature creation so as to keep up with the current audience accept custom.
