Therefore, according to the Environmental Protection Agency of Dali to provide the needs, design this environmental law enforcement system to help achieve EPA enforcement office automation management, saving management costs and improving work efficiency of environmental protection departments. The environment protection law enforcement system help dali EPA manage the task,the task for the record and upload process. It’s convenient for Environmental protection departments to establish a database of information to meet the needs of law enforcement.In this paper,environmental law enforcement system use the modern means to achieve the management of the enforcement process. Users can log into the system according to their different identities. Managers can log into the system to complete the upload file, issued enforcement tasks, law officers who supervise the completion of the situation. The system provides real-time task management and project progress information and task dispatching module, reducing the workload of the simple duplication of staff.This article is based on VS2010 (Microsoft Visual Studio 2010) and SQL Server 2008 database as a development platform.Using C # design operating controls and written operating procedures, complete data entry, modification, and storage, call the query functions; and use the SQL Server 2008 database to form a data table for data storage.Map library implements the status of cases reported, the processing of cases functional, tested to meet function needs.
