Research And Analysis On Teaching Resource Management System Of University - Enterprise Cooperation

On how to effectively manage the school enterprise cooperation resources research is a very meaningful thing, the actual demand of school enterprise cooperation in China is put forward based on the research contents of this paper, the author hopes to school enterprise cooperation, teaching resources management system in Colleges and universities for research and analysis to provide efficient management platform for the cooperation between school and enterprise.This paper firstly introduces the resource management system of school enterprise cooperation in this paper, the research background, significance of the project and the status of research and application at present, the main research content. In business analysis, there are papers on the school enterprise cooperation in resource management problem, the organization, the original business process are analyzed in this paper, the original business process including resource information management, resource management, integrated query, statistical analysis, resource management basic information management and system management and other business processes, business process based on the introduction of computer technology to manage the business process reengineering, and gives the transformation of business processes. In functional analysis, through the use case analysis and use case description, the cooperation between school and enterprise resource management system function, general function gives the system diagram, including the resource information management, resource management, query management, resource analysis, basic information management and system management sub package diagram; In data analysis, the function of the cooperation between school and enterprise resource management system is needed to process data were analyzed through the thumbnails of the core functions of the system data requirements are analyzed, and gives the system database entity diagram, establishes the database table structure.The main work of this paper research and analysis of the cooperation between school and enterprise resource management system and shortcomings are summarized, the further work is prospected.
