Research And Analysis Of A Company 's Archives Management System In Zhejiang Province

This paper regards archives management of a company in Zhejiang Province as the research background, and researches and analyzes the current file management of the company. On this basis, the paper carries on three aspects of research and analysis of the file management system business requirements, functional requirements, data requirements. The research and analysis of business needs mainly expounds analysis and comparison of business process between the archives management of the original operation business process and improved operation of business process. The research and analysis of the functional requirements determines the composition of the system roles, systematically expounds the interaction process between system and participants, and according to the functional requirements, determines the composition of the system package diagram; Study and analysis of the data requirement analyzes the system class structure and database,determines the composition of the system boundary class, entity class, control class, and designs database tables according to the entity class. In the end, this paper summarizes the research on file management system and proposes the further research problems.
