Analysis And Design Of Management System Of Graduation Thesis Of Zhejiang Wanli University

As a province-owned university with more than20000undergraduate student, Zhejiang Wanli university faces the more and more big working pressure of undergraduate graduation thesis management of each session of more than5000. This thesis uses a structured method to design the undergraduate graduation thesis management system which can greatly promote the process of the automation, informatization and networking of school office and facilitate the management of the related functional departments.This thesis first introduced the research background and the target of system development, expounds some basic ideas of system design, analyzes the significance and importance of system development and sums up the main content and thesis structure. Then in the course of demand analysis, we use the flow chart to describe the system business requirements; from the user modules such as administrators, students and teachers the functional requirements are illustrated; the data requirements are also depicted through data flow chart and data dictionary. In the system design, the system overall H-figure is given. Used the IPO table, the system function modules, such as user management, subject management, document management, performance management, and statistics and printing function modules and their sub modules, are analyzed and designed; through the data entity framework, the system database is designed and E-R figure and the specific system database table are given. Finally, the work of this thesis is summarized, and the future work is prospected.
