Research And Analysis On The Accommodation Management System Of Students In Overseas Chinese In Zhongshan City

With rapid development of information technology, the boom of informatization has swept all over the world, while the student accommodation management of Zhongshan Overseas Chinese Middle School currently is still being kept at a level of full artificialization, which finally causes a lot of wastes, such as in teacher resources, raw paper materials. Therefore, the utilization of student accommodation management operated by information technology is to save cost both in labor and raw materials. Moreover, it will bring about great significance of improving teaching quality of this school, and of reducing office expenses. Firstly, this paper introduces its research background of student accommodation management system of Zhongshan Overseas Chinese Middle School, and its project significance as well as current research and application status, which makes clear the research content of this paper and its main work. Then, demand analysis is also carried out through principles and methods of software engineering. In business analysis, with activity diagrams, it analyses and optimizes its check-in application management subsystem, daily management subsystem, check-out application management subsystem, facilities maintenance fee management subsystem and management subsystem of the original business process. In its functional analysis, with case diagrams and case description, it makes clear the functions of check-in application management subsystem, daily management subsystem, check out the application management subsystem, facilities maintenance fee management subsystem, management subsystem, basic information management subsystem and management subsystem. Next, by adopting a package diagram, it describes the functions of all the above subsystems. And in the data analysis, by using class diagram of concept, it analyses the data of each function of all the mentioned subsystems and gives an entity class diagram to establish a database table structure. Finally, it draws a conclusion on the research and analysis work, and also discusses its further work on this research.
