The Design And Implementation Of An Online System Of House Rental

With the booming of Chinese economy in the past decade and the increasing convenience of transportation,there are millions of floating populations in the metropolis every year.It brings the great demand of house rental market.At the same time,along with the gradual maturity of Internet technology,the house rental industry also needs the power of the Internet to achieve innovation and change.The house rental system that I proposed here is a system based on Internet that can both benefit the landlord and tenant.This online house rental system is a house information management and display system that includes server program,Android program and web program.It is developed according to the software engineering process.Firstly,a detailed requirement analysis of this online house rental system is carried out.Then the system is designed refer to requirement analysis,including the software architecture design and functional module design.The system is designed in MVC pattern.Since the server application layer is developed with Spring MVC framework,the system has good low coupling and high availability by virtue of its advantages.In the specific implementation of business logic,the system adopts Spring framework to solve the complex interdependencies between various classes.In terms of data storage,because of the availability and performance requirements of the system,three different storage solutions,MySQL,Redis and Elasticsearch,are used to deal with different usage scenarios.After the system is developed,the black box test is used to verify the system function to determine whether the system meets the user's need.The online house rental system provides the third-party house rental platform with a way to promote the house rental information,and also provides online house screening and information viewing services for tenants,which not only solve the problem of distribution of information,but also saves the time and effort of tenants.
