Research And Analysis On Off - Campus Training System Of Jiangmen Xinhui Senior Technical School

For students of technician colleges or schools, their technical abilities only can be trained and improved by this way, learn technology theories at school and apply them into enterprise real working practice, which is also the only way to be a brilliant technical worker. Outshool Training (short for OT) lasts for only a very short time(5-8wks), so it necessary to choose some qualified enterprises, at the same time everyday feedback from led teacher is needed. While all these works operated by manual, so it takes more energy and time, that’s why this paper put the OT system forward.This paper describes the demand analysis of Jiangmen Xinhui Advanced Technical School OS system. Firstly, it elaborated the current business processes of Outshool Training including:Enterprise information management, Tripartite arrangement management, Psychological Guidance and Security system study, Process Management, Inspections management, as well as the Results management. Secondly, By using UML-activity diagram, it optimizes and integrates the present business processes and makes a better one. Thirdly, In functional analysis, this paper clarified the functions of OS system by analyzing the use cases and use case descriptions, at the same time, while by using a UML-package diagram shows the overall function of the system and sub-function package diagram as above referred. This paper analyzes all the data that needed for every functions by using UML-Entity class diagram, and build up the database for the OS system. At last, this paper make a summary for all the researches and analysis working, and put forward further working prospects.
