Research On Big Data Of Large Equipment Group Procurement

The procurement of modern large equipment group presents the following 3 trends: the growing extension of supply management has a direct impact on procurement expenditures;closer relationship with suppliers transforms the supply network from price-driven into an interwoven one;and technology has become the core of procurement transformation,with the technical threshold reduction,Internet of Things,Cloud Computing,Big Data being applied to the procurement business.In response to these trends,purchasing department needs to respond more quickly and accurately to complex problems in a short time,and all procurement decisions shall be made based on information and data analysis.This paper propose a big data model based on large equipment group procurement.The main contents as follows,(1)Analyze procurement process of large equipment groups.Firstly,introduce the main problems and requests of the group procurement process,and summarize the demands of the Group to collect big data business.Then define the full life cycle of the Group's procurement business,and sort out the Group's procurement process nodes,input and output data.Furthermore,conduct the group procurement process data research to determine the business data source,data association and data business association.Finally,define the stakeholders of the procurement business,including the business departments and stakeholders.(2)Propose a big data analysis architecture for large equipment group procurement.Analyze the large equipment group procurement big data matrix by defining the overall architecture,business architecture.Then summarize the demand of big data model,and put forward two functional requirements of a material price monitoring system and a material price forecasting system.(3)Build modeling and solving algorithm of big data procurement for large equipment group.Based on the modeling process and large data needs of enterprise procurement,build material price monitoring and forecasting algorithm.(4)Build big data prototype system for large equipment group procurement.The prototype system includes prototype system development tools,prototype system function,and prototype system interface.Based on the above theoretical study,this paper selects the relevant purchasing process data of SRM system(Supplier Relationship Management and collaborative platform)in SQ company for application verification.The result turns out to be satisfactory.
