Nowadays, the combination of traditional industries and computer information technology becomes a popular and interdisciplinary research direction. The computer information technology has been infiltrating the traditional industries for over a decade, with the help of computer information technology. The traditional industry has overcome obstacles and develops novel means to solve traditional complications. By applying information technology and object oriented thinking, the analysis and design of the land management system will be adjusted to suite the particular status of Qiaosi Farm. This paper will describe the background of the topic and explain the status of Qiaosi Farm details, including a business requirements analysis, a functional analysis plan and the primary data analysis. Specifically, activity diagram of business processes on the system is given during business requirements analysis; functional analysis offers the use case diagram of the system along with specific description; the idea of the class system and the class diagram figure thumbnail representation is given as a result of primary data analysis. From these data analysis, we think that the following models need to be considered in order for the new system to succeed:1) Co-operation advised bidding system2) Co-operation management3) Co-operation contract tracking system4) Co-operation funds management5) Contract violation standardization6) Information storageTo sum up, we expect the new system to improve the performance standard of the farm operation significantly and the operation will be more transparent---open, fair and just. Minor shortcomings are inevitable, yet will be overcome with further research. The current study is only preliminary; we hope that it will lay a solid foundation for exploring the future research and development.
