| The piano rooms in Baoshan University used to be managed manually, which resulted in recourses wasting and inefficient management. It is very obvious that the traditional manual management model can’t meet the teachers’and the students’ need of using piano rooms and musical instruments, so it is significant to develop an open, suitable and efficient management system which is convenient for both the teachers and students.The article, firstly introduces the study background, significance and study content of developing the open and practical management system. Secondly, the author analyzes the need of the management system and designs it systematically by using software engineering principles and methods after doing some field researches. In the analysis, six functional modules, including the management of users, piano rooms, musical instrument, teaching plans, piano room reservation, piano room maintenance, has been confirmed. In the process, Unified Modeling Language is used in modeling, active diagrams are used to show the major process and some illustrations are adopted to explain the functions of each module. Meaning while, the author designs the general architecture, modules and database of the system. He uses the package diagram to describe the structure, finishes the diagram designing with the class description, describes the dynamic relations between the objects with sequence diagrams, and shows the core processing of the module with active diagrams. In the aspect of database designing, the author completes the main entity attribute graph, gives the design of the entity diagram and database table.The open, management system of piano rooms in Baoshan University can help to mange the piano rooms in an information-oriented way, which can make the information of piano rooms management networked, automatic and high-speeded, so as to improve the validity of the data consistency, integrity, and greatly enhance the efficiency of the office management. |
