Design And Implementation Of Web-based Operating Room Information Management System

Operating room is a place with the most abundant information in hospitals. However, many business processes and relevant formalities and procedures can hardly be unified and associated due to the high population of members and extensive range of operating room. Moreover, operating room is an enclosed space where the job is done by relying on the doctors'operation, so it is very difficult to associate it with the information management system of hospitals. Rational utilization of operating room information will help managers make a correct decision and improve the economic benefit and social benefit of hospitals. In this paper, analysis is made from three aspects which are Web Service access technology, operating room scheduling algorithm research, and operating process management optimization. A procedural operating room information management system is designed and established, and it can replace the traditional operating system of labor management. In this way, the effective availability of operating room is increased greatly, and convenience is provided for more patients. Therefore, study on digital operating room information management possesses many practical values.By setting operating room information management system as the research object, this paper analyzes the current situations about the medical information system of some hospitals. Selective analysis is made for the defects of operating room management in information construction. According to the actual working process of Zhengzhou so-and-so hospital as well as the requirements of various management layers and actual operation personnel for information construction of operating room, the entire operation business is mainly divided into several modules covering pre-operation management, intra-operation management, post-operation management, and article control and management. In design, the system is set up by adopting the mixed architecture of C/S and B/S, and a data synchronization engine is established between the two systems to realize independent operation and data sharing of the two systems. Thus a stable, reliable and standard operation process and management process of operating room is built.By analyzing data over the years after operating room information management system was applied, it is discovered that the use of information system plays a positi ve role in improving the operating efficiency of operating room and guaranteeing me dical safety. The operating efficiency of hospitals can be increased to some extent.
