Analysis And Design Of Work Management System Of Jiangnan 's Class

Current occupation education develops rapidly, but with the increasing number of students, it to the school moral education work has brought great difficulty. Then, we will play a backbone of the class, to help them make better use of information technology management. Therefore, I analyze designs an occupation school based teacher management system.This paper first introduces the background of Jiangmen post teacher management system, a detailed overview of the system needs to solve the problem, the use of information technology means to solve the problem of traditional manual management way to find trouble, difficult to update, the data backlog and other issues, improve the efficiency of student management work. The paper also discusses the significance and importance of this system, describes the system development method and related technology, proposes the design goals of the system, the system carried out a detailed needs analysis, including business requirements analysis, function demand analysis, data analysis and non functional requirements analysis, business flow chart, data is given. The system flow diagram, the function of data analysis chart (IPO chart), and the data dictionary description; in the system design, the system overall design and module design, the system function structure diagram (H diagram). The system includes five major functions of students’basic information management, student attendance management, students incentive management, integration management and system management module. This paper describes in detail the function structure diagram of each module (H), the IPO table and the processing flow chart, elaborates the design part of the system, but also the use of the entity relationship E-R charts and tables of the database design is discussed in detail; finally, the author summarizes the research contents, this paper expounds the main work I, and points out the shortcomings, and the future work is prospected.
