Research And Analysis On Vehicle Overload Management System In Pu'er City

The highway and the provincial trunk road servicesare unable to satisfy the growing demands of public requirements if just relying on traditional management measures. Now the information work of the Pu’er city highway overload management is till on the primary stage, so it is still difficult to achieve efficient, transparentand standard law enforcement management. To achieve the efficient and standard highway overload management work, it is very important to strengthen the use of modern information technology.In view of the above questions, the author studiesand analyzes how to construct Pu’er city’s highway overload management system. This paper initially introduces the project background, investigates the present situation,and discusses the importance and the significance of the project’s research work. This paper then makes detailed analysis for the originalbusiness processes and reorganizes the business process according to practical needs. After that, this paper analyzes the system function, and completes the system’s case analysis and case description. This paper also designs package diagrams and sub-package diagrams based on specific requirements.Finally, this paper makes data requirement analysis, draws the entity class diagram, and creates the database tables.This paper aims to solve the information constructionof Pu’er city’s highway overload management, to solve the inefficient problem of manual work and to standardize the highway overload punishment process. The construction of such system can play a positive role of realizing anefficient, fair and impartial rule of overload work governance.
