Research On Process And Influence Factors Of Information Encountering Under The Environment Of Mobile Internet

With the quick development of Mobile Internet,various kinds of App are changing people's daily lives.The research on user information behavior under the environment of Mobile Internet has become the vital topic.Due to the characteristics of Mobile Internet like ubiquitous information environment,user's strong dependency on network,information and behavior fragmentation and so on,information encountering is becoming an important mode to discover and passively acquire information.Therefore,the research on the process and influence factors of information encountering under the environment of Mobile Internet will be helpful to improve user's information encountering ability and utilization efficiency,and is of theoretical and practical significance for Mobile Internet companies to optimize product design and improve service quality.In this dissertation,based on the sense-making process and cognitive distribution characteristic of information encountering,the external process of information encountering is studied from the perspective of sense-making.By adopting "individual + functional system" as analysis unit,the influence factors for individual cognition in the encountering process are extracted.The goal of this research is to reveal evolution mechanism of encountering behavior in Mobile Internet,and then determine the action characteristics of influence factors in different encountering processes and develop the corresponding model's application performance.This research includes the following parts:(1)Aiming at the effect of Mobile Internet complex situation on user's passive information acquisition behavior and individual cognition,a new information encountering theoretical research framework facing at process-perception duality is proposed.According to the characteristics of Mobile Internet complex situation,the sense-making behavior and cognitive distribution characteristic are analyzed,and furthermore,a new point of view of combining the researches of external encountering process under the sense-making perspective and internal individual cognition under the distributed cognitive perspective is presented.This research provides an overall framework for the further study of encountering evolution procedure and related factors,and also completes the relative theoretical research of information encountering.(2)To specifically analyze the user's information encountering behavior under mobile environment,based on the theoretical framework proposed above,the behavior evolutional pattern of external encountering process is discussed,and then two new models about information encountering process and influence factor of Mobile Internet are proposed respectively.Through the isotropy analysis about key information encountering events in Mobile Internet,various elements about behavior,process and situation are classified,conceptualized and categorized successively,and then the stage of encountering process is divided with the process link exploited.Moreover,the model of influence factor is built to complete the classification and generalization about the specific influence factor of user individual dimension and various situations.(3)Aiming at the external information encountering process in Mobile Internet,the corresponding behavior evolutional mechanism is elucidated theoretically.Based on the sense-making theory,the information encountering process is analyzed theoretically,and the driving mechanism of encountering process evolution is further studied from the perspectives of the status and target of information requirement status,the judgement for information value based on cost-benefit analysis,individual participation,etc.;By adopting "individual + functional system" as analysis unit,the changes of each element's influence effect on individual cognition in three stages(before,in and after information encountering)have been analyzed.(4)To improve the application performance of information encountering,around the utilization link of encountered information,the theory of machine learning is introduced,and the models of sensitive element and behavior recognition for encountered information utilization in Mobile Internet are constructed respectively.By calculating influence factor's information gain and correlation coefficient,the most sensitive elements are determined,and the models of sensitive element for different encountered information utilization(save,share and use)are constructed;Furthermore,the Support Vector Machine algorithm is introduced to establish the model of behavior recognition for different encountered information utilization(save,share and use),reaching the recognition accuracy of 78.35%,84.81%,and 83.29%.Through the researches mentioned above,this dissertation proposes some thinking and suggestions from the perspective of user and merchant:the training strategy of information encountering ability based on current information literacy model,attach more importance to the management of encountered information under mobile environment,context-awareness based personalized service and system development under mobile environment,etc.
