With China’s electric power system reform, separation of the power supply enterprise management after the administrative functions of electricity into the market of competitors, customers become the cornerstone of corporate survival and development. With the development of economy and society, the emergence of alternative energy sources, prompting customers to gradually improve electricity service requirements, the customer service put forward higher requirements. The implementation of customer service differentiation can enhance the "management philosophy, management effectiveness, economic and social effects," etc., to optimize customer service processes, improve internal coordination mechanism established to meet the diverse needs of customers based on the power of the service concept, so that customers can continue to enjoy the efficiency, quality and characteristics of the electricity service [1].Based on the study and absorb the differences in marketing management theory, practical work requirements Ltd. Shenzhen Power Supply Bureau, the marketing objective, meet different customer needs analyzes differentiated marketing and services, trying to establish a common set of, enhance customer service levels, improve the ways and means to achieve customer service satisfaction. Through the establishment and improvement of customer profiles for different customer groups needs, design of different service levels standards, using customer-differentiated service system to provide customers with premium services, improve service quality and efficiency, deepen the theory of supply and services, establish a corporate image, improve operational benefits.The paper introduces the research background supply customers differentiated service management system, the project significance and current research and application of, clearly the main work content and research, and the use of analytical methods software engineering and object-oriented business analyzes. Business analysis, given the existing process flow diagram of the main management business, defined the problems of existing business processes through business process reengineering, reconstructed after the transformation of the main business of electronic business processes; in functional analysis the papers use case modeling, use case diagrams and given use case description, a clear function of the system. On the basis of functional analysis, given the structure of the overall function of the system architecture and the functional modules, including customer information management, service management, service object management, differentiated service management, statistics and analysis, personal information management, systems management function module; in the data analysis, the paper processed data of each function of the system were analyzed and the entity class diagram describes the basic structure of the database table.
