Research And Analysis On Yunnan Tourism Investment Project Management System

The development and utilization of network technique put "global village","office automatization","e-government" and "e-commerce" into reality, which makes our life and work more convenient and faster. We could understand the world and do business without leaving home.Considering information input and inquiry in EXCEL for the investment promotion of Yunnan tourism are still by hand, government workers have to bring books from investment promotion and change of their position may cause loss of information and inefficient work. This is incompatible with upward tendency of Yunnan in tourism. Thus, a management system for Yunnan tourism investment promotion, aiming at realizing office automatization, improving work efficiency, saving cost of investment promotion, keeping open and transparent information.This paper introduce the research background, significance and current situation of research and application of Yunnan tourism investment promotion management system, explicating main content and job for research; as required by Yunnan tourism investment promotion, by research on demand analysis design and analysis of system business and function through software engineering and UML technique. This paper describes and analyzes existing problems, organization and former business process during the analysis of business; the function analysis determines the function of the system through use case analysis and description, providing overall and each functional framework, such as project management and check; this paper analyzes data required to be processed by each function, offering a relation schema and building database list structure; at last, it summarize the existing research and analysis work and look to the future.
