Research And Analysis On The Remote Management System Of Judicial Administration In Yunnan Province

To further improve the ability of judicial administration to sever people, innovate the socialized management mode and deepen the influence of education and reform in regulatory offices, according to the arrangement made by the provincial law council to step up the information construction in judicial authority, the Yunnan ProvincialDepartment of Justice will, adhering to the line of detailed management and the purpose of providing convenience and benefits for people, basing on the principle of "overall planning, responsibility dividing, from point to area, gradual improving ", aiming at improving the efficiency of visitation, strengthening the scientific management and optimizing the education and reform, spare no effort to enhanceresearch and application of the informationtechnology on the visiting system to reduce the cost of time and money as well as improve the quality of education and reform of prisoners. With the assistance of advanced technology, scientific management and humane design, the Department will research and develop a new mode for visiting and educating, to create a remote video visitation and remote video help education system in Yunnan Provincial Administration.This article studies and analyses on the remote video visitation and remote video help education system in Yunnan Provincial Administration. In analysis part, the background, the significance, and the application status of the system are given, making it clear the content and the purpose of the article. In business analysis section,the problems existing in the system, organization, and the original business process are objectively analyzed and a modified business process is given.
