Personnel performance appraisal is based on staff daily work summary and management, its purpose is to improve the working efficiency of the staff to strengthen personnel management work at the same time. With the development of China’s economy, government employees in China are facing various opportunities and challenges, the personnel performance appraisal is an important means of government employee management, personnel performance appraisal management for government employees to provide notarization transparent through modern examination system is the focus of our study.The author works in Southwest Guizhou Province Public Security Bureau of the Political Department based on the author based on the actual situation at Southwest Guizhou Province Public Security Bureau of the Political Department of performance appraisal research to this article.
