Analysis And Design Of Student Status Management System In Zhejiang Mechanical And Technical College

Zhejiang Institute of Mechatronic Technology is a comprehensive institution and has many and complex students. There is a lot of information needed to be processed and managed. Because of the large number and complex information, there often takes a lot of manpower, material and time to process and manage. Efficient school management system not only can be easy to do school enrollment management facility, but also can be used and shared for institutions, departments within the purview to improve work efficiency in all sectors, so that Zhejiang Institute of Mechatronic Technology attaches great importance to get the common progress between the enrollment management with the development of education. With the development of information technology, the school’s requirements of enrollment management continue to increase and school is more and more emphasis that try to achieve enrollment management information technology.This article has five parts to show the system design and arrangement, from three aspects about business analysis, functional analysis and data analysis to show the detailed system analysis:Firstly, it shows the current research situation and system design objectives by researching a lot of literature and significance analyzing of recruitment system; Secondly, it has the business analysis by using the UML activity diagram to show the original business process analysis. On the basis of that,it carries out business optimization to improve the complexity and practicality; Again,it has the functional analysis by using the UML use case diagrams and package diagrams to show the analysis of system presentation layer and business logic layer,so that it can create dynamic functional model; Then, it has the data analysis by using the UML thumbnails diagram and entity class diagram to show the data analysis.It uses thumbnails diagram to describes database analysis from bottom to upwards and the relational mapping between entity class and table to design the database, so that it can build static model; Finally, it summarizes the content and the lack of this paper and gives further work prospects. The enrollment management system is mainly to provide a five-part feature use cases:registration management, basic information management, enrollment transaction management, objection management and systems management. The system improves the efficiency of college enrollment management and implements the information technology of enrollment management.
