| Taking Content analysis as the main research tool and focusing on the official res ponse and News discourse framework changes in group events, this paper targeting on the frequent occurred PX projects in recent years. In order to get some useful information, the thesis is going to carry on some detailed researches through the following two aspects--code reading among official responses in group incidents and text interpreting from the language frameworks in news broadcasts.As to the specific research methods, there includes various methods like Document analysis, Case studies and Quantitative researches in the text; while during the key part, to better destructing and interpreting the paper and further got official response codes and the changing news language frameworks during the group incidents, the paper taking some PX related news in Xiamen daily, Ningbo Daily, Kunming Daily, Maoming Daily and people’s Daily as research samples, also, the paper adopts British cultural anthropologists Hall’s theory of "encoding and decoding","discourse analysis" and "framework analysis"According to the analysis result, in the7years from2007to2014, the official responses and news broadcasts in the PX Projects has a lot in common, but also enjoys great improvements. On the whole, when facing group incidents, our government cannot deals and responses well, and such kind of incident still cannot be avoided by in a short time. However, what can be seen is that, the government is taking positive measures to response and deals with such kind of events, they may pay special attention to the "timeliness, in-depth and effectiveness" of the news broadcasts; the "PX"agenda building in party newspapers represent in a changeable and diversified way, and the theme also changes from "stability maintenance" to "science promoting’’Finally, all the case studies and text analysis needs to be applied. Through above researches, in the theory aspects, people can know more about the group incidents, have a specific idea about the changing media circumstances, have a profound knowledge towards governments’need, have a clear idea of the Communist Party and our government’s attitude of dealing with media relations and have a in-depth research to the news broadcasts; while from the reality aspects, by the systematic analysis and contrast in case studies, the paper can put forward many beneficial suggestions for the Communist Party and our government’s while dealing with environmental group incidents, especially for the frequent PX incidents in recent years, and finally, all this can promoting the economic development, advancing the society and building a harmonious and stable situation. |
