It discussesed about the research and the simulation experiments of the dynamic reactive power compensation controller based on fuzzy control.The purpose was to improve power quality and the power factor of power grid. Compared with the SVC dynamic compensation, it had the fast response and the compensation effect is good, Especially suitable for the occasion of load is extremely volatile, etc. because of the native defect of nine-zone theory, A fuzzy system used in Reactive Power and Voltage is designed based on the application of reactive power. So this paper mainly studied the TSC reactive power compensation device based on fuzzy control. The purpose was to achieve the energy conservation and loss reduction of power grid.This article introduced the current development of reactive power compensation and especially the basic principles of reactive power compensation, as well as the basic principle of TSC and its operating characteristics, this paper studies the reactive power compensation to improve power quality, and which time to input and the algorithms selected.because of the advantage of low cost, high reliability, flexible control, So it is widely used. In this paper, A fuzzy control system used in voltage and reactive power to avoid repeated switching and light load concussion problems, fuzzy reasoning using Mandani method, and untifuzzy is centroid method. since the voltage-reactive power fuzzy control system reduces the amount of math that can enhance the stability of the system and reduce the number of capacitor switching.Finally, TSC reactive power compensation device in addition to a detailed exposition of theory, it also build a simulation model based on MATLAB,The experiments show that TSC reactive power compensation controlled by fuzzy system can reduce the repeated switching, keep the voltage stability, improve power factor, the results of the experiment proved the fuzzy law is Feasibility.
