Design And Implementation Of Meta - Model For Business Process Metrics Based On Information Requirement

Cloud computing and big data brings new challenge to business process management, that traditional BPM must provide users service on cloud. As the basis of business process optimizing and re-engineering, it is particularly eager to study the business process metric service.In order to increase users’ participation, satisfy their unique requirement and get the greatest appreciation of the value of measurement, this thesis takes into full account of stakeholders’information requirements and the context of process data, and studies on business process metric meta-model and tool based on information requirements. Following work is included:1) Summarize related research of business process metric and metric tool domestic and overseas, and analyze the defects of existing achievements.2) Analyze related technologies of BPaaS(Business Process as a Service), workflow and process metric, establish meta-model of business process metric based on information requirements and workflow data pattern, and provide the definitions of terms of meta-model.3) Establish the information model of business process metric, analyze the metric data, and provide detailed design of measures by combining information model and data patterns.4) Design and implement business process metric modelling tool (BPMMT), which is integrated on YAWL (Yet Another Workflow Language) system based on cloud computing. The BPMMT provides users the function of metric modelling, etc.
