Analysis And Design Of Cost Management System Of Shanghai Nakano Company

The in depth research on managing company costs with information technology has not only reduced managing cost of an enterprise as well as the workloads of cost controlling personnel, but also improved quality and efficiency of cost management, which has made old human intervening cost management mode obsolete and replaced by new IT based mode.This paper first of all analyzes the background of design for cost management system of Shanghai Uchino Co. Ltd, the significance of the research as well as the current status of relevant domestic and overseas research, on whose basis the company’s performance and potential problems are to be analyzed and necessity of establishing cost management system is therefore proposed so that the cost of an enterprise is controllable and comparable, sufficing increasingly development needs of a company. In the meantime, by applying object-oriented development methodology the paper is to analyze requirements of a management system based on that of such7components as cost plan management, plan execution management, cost accounting management, personnel management, organizational management and product management.Based on above research, the paper is eventually to make a system design including general design of system function and detailed design analysis on function components by employing UML tool involving package diagram, class diagram and sequence chart and other modeling methods. Moreover, it is to make a design for the system’s database structure. Finally, the paper summarizes the major work of the research and proposes advices or plans for future work.
