Present Situation Analysis And Countermeasure Research On Construction Project Cost Database From The Perspective Of Multi-industry Demand

Cost data as the core of the cost accounting,investment estimates,is widely used in various industries in the construction.However,through the questionnaire survey on the acquisition of the cost information and the quality of the data,it is found that the use of the cost information in the different industries of the building has few problems such as lack of access channels,inaccurate data and usability,which seriously hinders the construction The development of various industries.Therefore,how to achieve the cost of data in the construction of various sectors of the scientific application worthy of in-depth discussion.By studying the use of foreign construction project cost database,it is known that the technology of constructing the database by other countries is very mature and the result is remarkable.After the investigation of the construction of the existing project cost database in China,it is learned that the cost information published by the existing cost database can not meet the requirements of the multi-industry for the use of the cost data,and the collection of the cost cases is not paid enough attention.In the context of the rapid development of urbanization in China,the economic integration and the information age,this paper,based on the theory of project cost,carries out literature research and questionnaire survey on the use of cost information in many industries,and discusses the marketing planning,valuation,and construction and other industries for the use of cost information,data acquisition difficulties,accuracy is not high and so on,for the project cost industry,not enough attention to the cost of the case finishing,resulting in although it has more cases but can not effectively guide project design and construction cost control.Based on the investigation and analysis of the construction project cost information network of 31 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions of the whole country(excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan),the existing cost database is analyzed and the existing construction cost.The database can not be very good to meet the different needs of the construction industry for the cost of data,but also the existence of poor sharing,the lack of professional information technology professionals,do not attach importance to the collection of cost cases and other issues,so special unified column set standards,the introduction of professional information technology.This paper analyzes the function,index and estimation precision of the database of cost cases,and analyzes the cost data of the actual cost cases to verify the feasibility of this idea.
