Research And Analysis On Topic Management System Of Graduation Thesis In Tourism And Culture College

Management of subject selection for thesis is one of important segments of education management, teaching innovation, teaching improvement as well as talent training for Tourism and Culture College. However, management of subject selection for thesis is still operated manually, which increases workload, wastes time of both teachers and students, easily makes mistake and not effective. It is the time to develop a system for thesis subject selection management in accordance with informationization.The system targets at effectiveness improvement, workload reduction of teaching personnel and time saving for both teachers and students on thesis subject selection, which helps thesis subject selection more systematizational and automatizational. The system consists of seven segments,system management, individually as data base management, thesis title bank management, subject selection management, subject modification management and title trailer management,query statistics management. New work process is created basing on analysis of problem probing and former process frame. This thesis demonstrates the function of the system by examples and clarifies the function and sub-function structure diagram. Meanwhile, physical structure diagram and database are built by analyzing datum required to be processed in each segment of the system. To be the end, the thesis summarizes the researching and analysis applied in the thesis and remains the further researching possibility for this subject.
