Nowadays, the traditional contract management approach not only too complicated, cumbersome, but also the efficiency is very low. On the other hand, with the acceleration of the process of the development of computer technology, network technology and information technology, use of information technology to manage the enterprise will become an inevitable trend.In this paper, on the basis of an overview for the development of enterprise engineering contract management system background and research status. At the same time, use of UML modeling techniques to analysis detailed the needs of the engineering contract management business, including use case modeling and behavior modeling for main business, on this basis, an further proposed system design goals. The main modules of the system design ideas through the package and class diagrams, entity attributes diagram, ER diagram describes the design of the system database and database table structure. Finally, a summary of the content of the study pointed out that the lack of this paper and project, and further the work of the prospect.This system is mainly to achieve functions of contract drafting, contract review, contract changes, contract settlement, contract awards, save and query statistics. It has a friendly interface, simple operation, and stable operation, more importantly, greatly improving the construction enterprises contract management efficiency, and achieve the expected development.
