As the father of modern management Peter Deruk says:today,the competition among enterprises is not the products, but the business models. To the internet enterprises who mainly provides the virtual products and services, the importance of business model is self-explanatory. On the mobile internet background, the socialization of internet media becomes the tendency of the development of internet in the future. As the represent of mobile social media, the crowning commercial potential of wechat has caught great attention in internet industry. To clarify the connotation of wechat business model has great significance no matter to the development of internet industry or to the transition of traditional medium which is in trouble.Firstly, the thesis discussed the mobile social media from the view of Communication Study, analyzed the concept changes of communicators and audiences in different media times, and pointed out that in the mobile social media, the communicators and audiences are mixed together to construct the main body of the internet times. On the production of contents it obeys the principle of User Created Content (UCG), and the contents appeared in the form of pieces. It constructs the hypothetical community which people can rely on. People lives not only in the real world but also in the cyber world, the two worlds mixed together and relied on each other. It is the overall extension of human body, people are more and more rely on this kind of living style, which makes people turned from the "TV man" to "mobile phone man".Secondly, the thesis concluded the theoretical foundation of the commercialization of mobile social media, and point out the great commercial wealth in social relationships that deposited in the mobile social media. Then made a total and systematic analysis of the business with the "3-4-8"theory.Point out the business model is just the whole process to create, to safeguard and to realize the values. In the process the value of costumers, companies and enterprises have all been materialized. Finally, with the SWOT theory, the thesis makes an evaluation about the wechat business model, point out its advantages and problems, and makes some reasonable suggestions.
