Development And Exploration Of Laboratory Integrated Open Management System Based On B / S Mode

University laboratory is the infrastructure of training comprehensive quality talents in universities and colleges, with the increase of the experiment teaching tasks, the expansion of the instruments and equipment, and the expansion of lab, daily maintenance and experimental teaching management becomes increasingly heavy. In order to bring the situation reversed, we must reform the existing laboratory information management in our university.Based on systems of east China university of political science and law, This article points out the problems in the management process and the routine maintenance, that students can’t book course experiment independently, they can only learning passively, and the administrator can’t manage the laboratory and equipment on the whole,etc. So we set out to develop a comprehensive open management system, it can not only can management of all kinds of laboratories in our university as a whole, but also can provide staff with convenient office online services.According to the current needs, I combed the system function, process, and different kinds of users, the new system is divided into three subsystems, they are the laboratory basic management, process management, and evaluation management, then based on B/S mode and.NET technology we develop an open laboratory management system, new interface and process, different definition of roles and permissions, and SQL Server2008database are designed, which provides powerful back-end services for the new system.Operation of the new system in experiment teaching management breaks the old reservation management pattern makes the students active through choosing their favorite course experiment in independent reservation ways, which arouses students’enthusiasm of learning, also improves the efficiency of the equipment. And daily affairs in the laboratory management in school would be paperless, which reduces procedures, improves working efficiency of staffs, and meets the requirements of school management.
