This system has realized the teachers basic information management module, statistics module, Class Morality assessment module, promotion quantitative evaluation module, post appointment module, system management module, through the use of testing, the system can make the university post appointment work more accurate and standardized.The research contents of this thesis include:(1) according to the functional requirements of post appointment management thought and object oriented, according to the design of system software development process, in the software design using Diagram Designer tool to finish the design diagram, flow chart of a series of.(2) the use of B/S development system of thought, this paper analysis the presentation layer(User interface), business logic layer(Business Logic), data access layer(Database) implementation technology, the key technology to solve the problems of post appointment information management in the process of system development.(3) to the system server and client were tested, whether the module verification system can meet the design expectations.
