In recent years, with the rapid development of 3D printing,3D printing has quickly integrated into a variety like industrial machinery, automation technology, architectural design and construction, bio-scientific research, the requirements of materials, prototyping method, color and accuracy for three-dimensional printing technology are also increasing. This makes the spray droplet-based three-dimensional color technology has become one of the advanced manufacturing technology in the field of topics at the forefront, the research in this paper mainly based on inkjet control technology of colored 3D printing, the technology is based on multi-axis control machinery manufacturing structure as a platform and high-precision color ply file 3D model as a format to achieve high-precision melt adhesive powder and colored injet as printing three-dimensional color model.The main studies in this paper include:1) Analysis of the current droplet inkjet technology and materials development trends, use the principles of achieving high efficiency, high precision, low turnovers to select the platform and consumables, then find out the best control method;2) By analyzing ply three-dimensional color model file format and structure, combined with three-dimensional slice technology, and after poor make highly accurate two-dimensional images;3) Study the control mode with efficiency, colorful head, fine the steps of the head control and parsing the image information into G code way, control the mechanical structure for high precision by G-code;4) Based on the existing structures of the mechanical forming platform, forming a three-dimensional color model to test and analyze their data, using orthogonal test analysis for the process parameters, optimized the degree of process parameters by the evaluation of molding accuracy and color performance.This paper developed 3D inkjet color control system has been built on a lot of testing and test experimental platform, to achieve a three-dimensional color model forming, the technology will be applied to color 3D printing machine with powder as its material. Finally, the paper proposed the idea of further research and development.
