Printing at the surface of product packaging is one of important parts of product packaging. Quality of color printing play an important role in product sales. Ink's hue is one of key indicators which affect product quality. For this reason, deployment of ink becomes important processes in packaging printing. In today, packaging printing industry develops very rapid. The extent of demand on printing color reproduction is getting higher and higher. Traditional printing depend on four-color overprint, which can no longer meet the needs of market development. But spot-color ink can copy out a wider ranger of colors, better display products rich in color than four-color overprint. So spot-color ink is user more and more in the field of printing and packaging. So deployment of spot-color ink becomes one of important parts of product packaging. At present, most domestic match color by hand. It requires not only experienced operators, but also time-consuming process with the Mexican long, easy to waste material.
