The RF-DC converter is used as RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) is an important circuit module is used for the circuit structure of a variety of passive tag type sensor. The radio frequency identification technology has the advantage of non-contact, large storage capacity and fast recognition, more and more attention has been paid on it. It has the very good market and research value. For an RF power supply circuit, the circuit stability, conversion efficiency, voltage gain, input impedance matching of the antenna are very important parameters.Cadence EDA tool and UMC 0.18μm standard CMOS process are used to design RF-DC converter circuit structure with high efficiency in this dissertation. The low threshold NMOS tube structure is used in the circuit. Cadence software is used for RF-DC converter circuit to make simulation. The results show that the maximum value of output voltage is 2.5V. when input voltage amplitude is 200 mV, frequency is 433 MHz and input current is 526μA. And output current is 15.6μA. At this point, the RF-DC converter conversion efficiency is 52.4%, achieve good commutation effect. The whole circuit layout area is about 0.200439mm2, meet the design requirements.
